計劃簡介 Project Introduction
當前社會變遷迅速，青少年面臨日益增長的財務挑戰。為幫助他們掌握必要的財務知識，機構於2024年4月啟動為期三年的「理想．理財 – 青少年理財教育計劃」（WISE Youth Financial Management Education Project）。該計劃獲得香港交易所慈善基金資助，由香港公益金負責撥款和監察，旨在為華裔及非華裔青少年提供理財教育，幫助他們建立良好的理財價值觀，增強財務韌性，為未來生活做好準備。
In today’s rapidly changing society, young people are facing increasing financial challenges. To equip them with essential financial knowledge, we have launched the WISE Youth Financial Management Education Project in April 2024, which will run for three years. This program is funded by the HKEX Foundation and allocated and monitored by the Hong Kong Community Chest. It aims to provide financial education for both Chinese and non-Chinese youth, helping them establish a positive financial mindset, enhance their financial resilience, and prepare for future life challenges.
計劃目標 Project Objectives
- 使華語及非華語青年掌握理財相關的:價值觀、態度、技能及知識。Equip Chinese and non-Chinese youth with finance-related value , attitude, skills and knowledge.
- 協助青年制定具財務考量的生涯規劃。Empower youth to craft inspiring life and career plans with financial insight.
- 連結不同持份者，提高公眾理財意識。Connect different stakeholders to raise public awareness about financial management.

第一層：學習理財概念Tier 1: WISE Learning of Money Concept
獲取基本的理財知識和概念Acquire basic money management knowledge and money concepts
● 模擬人生遊戲Life Simulation Game
● 理財工作坊Money Management Workshops
● 創新科技理財遊戲Innovative Tech Finance Game
第二層：自我啟發Tier 2: WISE Inspiration of Self
為未來目標做好財務準備，並增強抵抗挑戰的韌性Enhance financial readiness for future goals and build resilience against challenges
● 自我探索工作坊Self Discovery Workshops
● 真人圖書館Human Library
● 價值之旅Value Journey
第三層：改變Tier 3: WISE Transformation of change
將財務概念轉化為實際經驗，以促進財務行為的改變Transform financial concepts into real experiences to facilitate the change in financial behavior
